Pictures will say more than 1000 words.
I have been modeling since 1993. So from the age of 14. I have a small own fleet.
With such a large number of ships, and large ships, because the largest models are 2.5 m long, there is a real problem with their storage. Due to the fact that sometimes I will also buy something for renovation or a well-started model, it is impossible to calculate the number of projects that I could carry out. In any case, my life will not be enough for everything.
Of the largest models I have to make which already have a hull or more: I have a nice 2.5 m hull for the French Warship Richelieu, a hull for the 2.5 m Lyme Frigate. Hull with the mast is 80% made of 2.1 m Cutty Shark. Hull for 2 m Ingermanland, For restauration VERY OLD Maybe 150 yesrs old big model Aquarius or Lotter Love. Bot are similar and made in the some place. Model more than 2m San Philipe 1:30 all whit oak ,and second 1:50 1.5 m San Felipe ZHL, NIce completly hull with mast Enceavor all make with Oak, completle hull with mast and canon French Frigate Bell Pole, Alert made whit amrecian cherry wood,
One day it would be appropriate to make a list of all the models.
I have many sets in boxes, even from companies that no longer exist.
I am probably one of the greatest ship madmen in Poland. I don't know if any people apart from museums have a larger collection.
I am very jealous of you that Altaya publishing houses are releasing such nice ships for you as, for example, L'Ambitieux, and we have different ones. And this is how I found your forum.
Now I am assembling 2 Vasa 1:65 hulls (I have to cover them with boards at least because it breaks and there's no way to hide it) and renovating Corel Unicorn Frigate.
I also collect cannons. Big and small.
On Facebook, I have my model sales group name Model Ship for Sale , that has nearly 10,000 members from all over the world. Unfortunately, building a collection means that sometimes you have to sell something to expand your collection.
In this way, my models closest to France reached Luxembourg.
I hope the presentation is now fuller. I was very upset that everything had been deleted earlier.
Once again i wish everybody successful models
